Within
the utilities section of RoundPro there are a number of options
some of these are detailed below:
Company
Details
It is important that your customers know how
to contact you, for this reason RoundPro
allows you to enter your company contact details, these details
are then displayed on all the invoices and credit notes which you
send out and also on the letters informing the customer that you
will be visiting to carry out work.
Gazetteer
The RoundPro gazetteer
allows you to pinpoint the locations of your work. The gazetteer
is split into three sections these are, county, town and district.
Depending on the nature of the work you carry out you may decide
to use these sections in different ways, for example many of out
customers who carry out domestic cleaning prefer to create a district
for each street in which they carry out work where as commercial
cleaners tend to use districts such as business parks or industrial
estates.
Vehicles
RoundPro
allows you to record details of your company fleet, this allows
you to view all the important dates associated with your company
vehicles from one screen, such as the date of the next service or
road tax renewal. RoundPro also
allows you to enter details of all the work which as been carried
out on your vehicles so that you can quickly view the history of
your company fleet.
Lookups
The lookups make up an important section of
RoundPro it is here that you
record details of the different customer types you have, any special
equipment which you use, and hazards you may encounter when work
and many other details.
