The central
feature of RoundPro is the round
card this brings together the jobs that you do and the customer
you do them for. The round card also forms the basis of the customer
invoice.
The round
card is built up from two main pieces of information the first is
a period of time (start date - end date) the seconds is one or more
locations (picked from the gazetteer). From this information RoundPro
will look through the database of job which need to be completed
and pick out those which meet the criteria and place them on the
round card.
A round
card is then produced which can be printed and handed to your operatives,
the round card contains the address at which the work is to be carried
out, a telephone number and details of the task to be completed,
other details which appear on the round card are the priority of
the job, the customers outstanding balance (suppressible) any equipment
which is needed in order to carry out the job, and any hazards which
may be encountered which carrying out the job.
