At the
end of the day (or whenever you complete a round), the process of
recording what work has been completed couldn't be easier all you
need to do is click on the work done button on the SpeedBar and
place a tick next to each of the tasks which you have completed.
If for
any reason you did not fully complete a job (you could not clean
the back of the house as the customer was not present) you can adjust
the details of the task such as the name and the price which you
will charge your customer this information will then be transferred
you the customers account and any invoice which may be produced
for the job.
Once you
have set a task as being complete RoundPro
will automatically reschedule the job based on the information which
you supplied when to assigned the job to a customer sites. For example
if you entered a frequency of every six week RoundPro
will schedule the task to be done six weeks from the date the task
was last carried out.
